Georgia is a self-taught home baker from Larchmont, New York. Starting from a young age, whether it be boxed desserts or making bread with her Papou, she fell in love with the craft and became inspired by the Food Network Baking Championships to advance her kitchen skill.  After years of numerous cooking intensives - such as the Master Chef Jr. Intensive Program, where she spent two weeks learning international cuisines, proper presentation, and technique - it was her dream to own a famous bakery. Starting freshman year of high school, Georgia sold her first ever cake. Being a full time student did not interfere with her ability to bake. In fact, it was the activity she looked forward to after a stressful exam. Georgia is currently a Junior at the University of Miami studying finance and accounting. While she no longer has the dream to own a bakery, she continues to bake and sell custom cakes to the communities around her.
